Assuming you can't use a proper noun (an obscure place or name will stump most people), I've always liked "once" It's short, which is key, and there are only 50 or so 4 letter words that begin with O and don't end with S

Alternatively you can use an obscure word that the player may not be familiar with, or at the very least not have seen spelled before. An example that comes to mind is schadenfreude. Good luck with that guy.
